Late Night Laughs
It is one in the morning here and I just got home from work. I should be sleeping but instead I am online trying not to wake the family because I am laughing so hard. A lot of the pictures seem to be from Minnesota and that makes it even funnier. http://www.andrew.cmu.edu/user/jbistlin/headlines1.htm
Off to bed.

alone time
Why is it sometimes the only way to be by yourself is to sit in your closet? If I could get away with it I might never come out.

baking bread
Yesterday I made some bread at home. We made it in a bread maker that I had bought at a garage sale for $3. I have wanted to buy one for about a year but didn't want to pay full price and even $10 at a thrift shop was too high because I didn't know if I would like it.
I loved it! My daughter(3) loved helping me put the flour in and watch it spin around. I loved the taste and the fact that I knew what was in it.
I can't wait to use it again.

Fathers Day
For Fathers Day this year I thought we might make these http://www.parents.com/holiday/fathers-day/crafts/fathers-day-coupons/ I cut it out of a magazine in 05 when our daughter was a year old. Now she and I can do it together. Other then that I don't know what to get him. Why is it so hard this year?

The other day I was walking to work (trying to save on gas) and walked through a blanket of pink petals that had blown off a nearby tree. What a way to start off my day!
I have been trying lately to live in the moment. Noticing things that I might not have noticed before. Walking to work has helped a lot. It is 40 minutes to myself to think about the day, my goals, my life in general. Not bad for my waist line either:)
